No. If you have a gym membership and would like to utilize it for your personal training, that can be included in your goals and schedule. If a guest is not included in your membership, gym attendance costs will be included in your fees.
There is no required diet or calorie intake for our personal training regimens. Nutrition and meal planning services are available or can be included in your personal training services at an additional cost.
